Calendar 

Calendar is meant for reviewing any upcoming events, workshops, booked holiday accommodation or meeting room. This important dates can be seen only by the communities that are intended for or permited to see. 

The layout of the calendar can be set as month, week or day. When you want to create a event you pick a date and duration of the event, give it a name and description of it and pick which community can see the event information. If you have a lot of events or workshops cuming you can display it as a list so it is more evident.
